Why I'm (Julie) Not In the Videos

My fitness friend who I've chosen to be featured in the Fit Club portion of the Wellness Vault as the fitness model demonstrating all of the exercises and workouts is a gem and I'm so grateful to have this to now share with you! Using somebody other than me to deliver the demonstrations in this program has freed me up to focus on creating the content to be delivered. You'll love her - trust me her enthusiasm is CONTAGIOUS!
