About Me

I'm a Christian, Certified Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer and STRONG Certified Transformation Coach.

 

I've been helping women achieve stronger, healthier bodies for over 30 years.

​

​My love of fitness and movement started when I was 18 years old. This passion led me to get my CanFitPro Certified Personal Trainer certification, an NASM Certified Nutrition Coach designation and various other certificates and specializations. I specialize in strength training for women approaching or in peri/menopause.

​

For over 3 decades now, I’ve worked with over clients across the world to help them achieve their strength, fitness, nutrition and physique goals.

​

From training athletes for Femsport, Crossfit and physique competitions to sculpting body re-composition through fat loss, nutrition and personal fitness training and program approaches.

​

In a nutshell - I absolutely love movement and helping people to move well - and safely - gaining a deeper awareness of their own body (especially as they age!).

My story From Burnout to Breakthrough!​

​

After more than 25 years as a trainer and coach in the fitness and health space, everything I thought I knew about my body started to shift. In my mid-40s, I began experiencing undeniable signs of hormone imbalance and perimenopause.

​

I’d always been strong, energetic, and able to train hard most days of the week. But suddenly, I found myself constantly sore, with burning in my ankles, unexplained fatigue, and weight gain—despite barely eating and working out like I always had.

​

Nothing was working anymore. I was gaining weight in places I never had before, my mood was unpredictable, and many days I just wanted to disappear. It felt like watching my identity slip away—physically, emotionally, and mentally.

​

That became my turning point.

​

I knew I couldn’t keep living that way. I started researching—learning everything I could about hormonal health, perimenopause, and what was really happening beneath the surface. I discovered that every symptom I had was rooted in hormone imbalance.

 

My body was crying out for support, not punishment.

​

I also learned that chronic stress and undernourishment were major culprits. My hormones and body were lacking crucial nutrients. So, I stopped chasing intense workouts and began fueling my body with nourishing, real foods and balanced portions—not burnout.

​

In just a few weeks, everything changed. Joint pain disappeared. My sleep improved. I felt lighter, more grounded, and—finally—like myself again. I wasn’t just surviving anymore. I was healing.

A few years later, I encountered the life-changing love and peace that only comes through Jesus Christ. That transformation—body and soul—became the foundation of my calling.

 

Through these experiences, God gave me a gift:
