Through intelligent training, optimized nutrition, and faith-centered guidance, you will learn how to reshape your physique, restore balance, and lead your body with purpose and confidence.
This is not another program to start and stop. It is a commitment to mastery for the woman who is done with shortcuts and ready to follow through with a no matter what commitment. It isn't 1 on 1 coaching.
Who is the program for?
This program is built for women in menopause who want to drop 10-20 pounds and 5 or more inches, drop a pants size, sculpt lean muscle, improve their energy, and transform their bodies with structure, support, and flexibility, and do it within 90 days.
Who is the program not for?
This program is not for women who are looking for bargains, freebies or generic plans and are unwilling to commit to their personal transformation or be coachable.
How is the program delivered?
Everything is delivered 100% online through 2 apps; Skool and ABC Trainerize. Both of these tools are accessible via mobile device (preferred) as well as laptop.
Weekly group coaching calls are done via Zoom (and recorded).
Are workouts included?
Yes. You will receive a 3 phased, progressive, fully optimized strength training program with four at-home workouts each month, delivered inside the ABC Trainerize mobile app (also accessible via laptop) .
Each session is designed to build lean muscle, increase definition, and improve strength while supporting your hormonal health and metabolism. All you need are a set of dumbbells, mini bands, and a bench or Swiss ball (optional). These can easily be ordered from Amazon or your preferred retailer.
Do I need access to a gym?
No. You can train at home (but if you do prefer to you can certainly do the workouts at the gym as well).
Do I have to follow a strict diet?
No. The blueprint is not a restrictive diet. It is a flexible, whole-food approach that focuses on nourishment, balance, and long-term sustainability. You get to eat your favorite foods!
During the first two weeks, you will follow your personalized plan with full commitment to build structure and gather clear biofeedback so we can understand exactly how your body is responding.
After that, we begin introducing food substitutions, free meals, on-plan recipes, and more variety. Most women are surprised by how much food they get to eat because we are not just reshaping your physique, we are restoring your gut health, digestion, and metabolism too.
Do I need to count calories or macros?
No because your plan is already designed with your calorie needs, fat loss deficit, and macro portions in mind. You only need to be aware of macros when substituting foods or modifying your plan, which you’ll be taught to do using our Nutrition tool after your initial phase.
What if I go on vacation?
Let me know ahead of time. You’ll receive vacation strategies, simplified workouts, and support before and after your trip. The blueprint does request at least 90% compliance for the first 14 days for best results (and bio-feedback) so it's recommended not to start when you're on vacation or about to go on vacation.
How do I manage holidays?
The same way as vacations and events. Holiday-specific strategies will be provided to support you in making empowered choices.
What if I mess up?
