What is the Reshape Method?
The Reshape Method is a 12-week experience (online) that provides you with a proven blueprint for huge results. It offers women a clear path on how to transform their bodies, habits, and mindset through fat loss and optimized nutrition and workouts to deliver long lasting and sustainable results because the Reshape woman wants the results and is 100% ready to take the action to get them once and for with a NO MATTER WHAT commitment. Nothing is holding her back now.
Who is the program for?
This program is built for women in menopause who want to drop 10-20 pounds and 5 or more inches, drop a pants size, sculpt lean muscle, improve their energy, and reshape their bodies with structure, support, and flexibility, and do it within 90 days.
Who is the program not for?
This program is not for women who are looking for another freebie or "28 day fix" or aren't willing or ready to commit to change and aren't coachable to learn what works This is a program for woman ready to put the effort in - and get the results out.
How is the program delivered?
Everything is delivered 100% online through our Skool portal, ABC Trainerize app, weekly group coaching calls (via Zoom - which are recorded) and personalized support.
Are workouts included?
Yes you'll receive an optimized strength training program with 4 at home strength workouts per week. Dumbbells and mini bands, a bench (optional swiss ball recommended) are required. (Can purchase from Amazon.ca).
Do I need access to a gym?
No. You can train at home (or if you prefer you can do the workouts at your gym).
Do I have to follow a strict diet?
No. This is not a restrictive diet. You'll follow a flexible, whole-food approach that prioritizes nourishment and sustainability. During the first two weeks, I require 100% compliance to build structure and collect clear biofeedback at your first check in about how your body is responding. After that, we introduce food substitutions, free meals, recipes and more variety. In fact, most Reshape gals complain it's so much food - we're reshaping gut health, digestion and metabolism too.
Do you provide meal plans?
You’ll receive a suggested base plan based on your body composition, fat loss goals, and activity level that takes into account all macronutrients and calories. You’ll choose what to eat based on your preferences and can move meals around as needed with high flexibility and no guilt.
Do I need to count calories or macros?
No because your plan is already designed with your calorie needs, fat loss deficit, and macro portions in mind. You only need to be aware of macros when substituting foods or modifying your plan, which you’ll be taught to do after the initial phase.
What if I go on vacation?
Let me know ahead of time. You’ll receive vacation strategies, simplified workouts, and support before and after your trip. The Reshape Method does request at least 90% compliance for the first 14 days for best results (and bio-feedback) so it's recommended not to start when you're on vacation or about to go on vacation.
How do I manage holidays?
The same way as vacations and events. Holiday-specific strategies will be provided to support you in making empowered choices.
What if I mess up?
As my mentor would say: "Correct and Continue". No guilt. One off-plan meal doesn’t define your progress, nor does one workout make you a superwoman — your consistency does.
