Who I Work With

About My Studio

My private studio is located a few minutes west of RImbey and a few minutes from Parkland Beach.

It's equipped with all the tools to help you mobilze, move better and strengthen head to toe.

 

I've got a water rower, Olympic bar and squat cage, hex bar, cable pulley machine, upright bike, battle rope, landmine press, incline bench, plyo box, Bosu ball, Swiss balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, mini bands, sand bag, slam ball, sliders, TRX.
