I offer knowledgeable expert personal training instruction in 30 minute or 45 minute sessions.

All sessions are held in my private, fully equipped studio located in North Okotoks, Alberta, Canada.

I am happy to accomodate partner training requests based on the following guidelines:

Partner training guidelines are as follows:

1) 20% off per person of rates shown below (this includes individual sessions, packages and memberships)

2) BOTH partners must purchase the same plan, package or individual session (less the 20% off for each)

3) To set up partner training please contact me directly so that I can send you payment links (partner rates/packages not shown below)

4) One person must book training times that will apply to both individuals when using my online booking tool

5) Both partners must attend training sessions together (if one cannot attend however the session can still run for the other partner)

6) Unused sessions (for packages or membership expiry dates) or cancellations with less than 6 hours notice are still subject to the individual policies and terms. 

7) I recommend both training partners ensure that the availability for sessions matches their availabilities prior to setting up a package/membership or plan.
