What is the Reshape Method?
The Reshape Method is a 12-week, holistic online coaching program that helps women transform their bodies, habits, and mindset. It combines customized strength training, nutrition coaching, lifestyle strategy, and mindset development — all designed to deliver long-lasting, sustainable results.

Who is the program for?
This program is built for women who want to lose fat, build lean muscle, improve energy, and reshape their bodies with structure, support, and flexibility. Whether you’re new to fitness or returning after a break, this program meets you where you are and takes you to the next level. The Reshape Method will give you the tools, the bi-weekly coaching calls and the program for you to show up and follow.

Who is the program not for?

This program is not for women who aren't willing or ready to commit to change and make the small things the big things that are done over and over again. It's not for women who shy away from a little hard work or effort or would prefer to stay stuck where they are instead of trusting themselves to change. This is a program for woman ready to put the effort in - and get the results out. The Reshape Method will give you tools but won't do it for you or call you every day to remind you to do it either. 

How is the program delivered?
Everything is delivered through email and the ABC Trainerize app. You’ll access your personalized workouts, submit biweekly progress reports, track photos and measurements, and stay connected through your private group chat and coach messaging system.

How many workouts per week should I expect?

Most clients train 3 to 5 times per week, depending on their goals and availability. Every plan is tailored to your fitness level, schedule, and goals.

Do I need access to a gym?

No. You can train at home or at the gym. Home workouts require only a few basic items like dumbbells and resistance bands (a swiss ball and bench are strongly recommended). It's either a gym program, or a home program, there is no hybrid at this time combining both.

Do I have to follow a strict diet?
No. This is not a restrictive diet. You'll follow a flexible, whole-food approach that prioritizes nourishment and sustainability. During the first two weeks, we ask for 100% compliance to build structure and collect clear biofeedback. After that, we introduce food substitutions, free meals, and more variety.

Do you provide meal plans?
You’ll receive a suggested structure based on your body composition, fat loss goals, and activity level — including daily portion targets for protein, carbohydrates, and fats. You’ll choose what to eat based on your preferences and can move meals around as needed, as long as you eat everything prescribed.

​Do I need to count calories or macros?
No — your plan is already designed with your calorie needs, fat loss deficit, and macro portions in mind. You only need to be aware of macros when substituting foods or modifying your plan, which you’ll be taught to do after the initial phase.

How often will my plan change?
Workout programs are updated every 4–6 weeks for progression. Nutrition may be adjusted based on your progress, check-ins, and feedback. If you're following the plan and seeing results, changes will be minimal. If not, we’ll evaluate and adjust.

How do I track progress?
You’ll use ABC Trainerize to log your workouts, upload photos, record measurements, and submit biofeedback through biweekly check-ins.

What if I go on vacation?
Let me now. You’ll receive vacation strategies, simplified workouts, and support before and after your trip.

What if I have an event or party?
Plan ahead, lead with protein, enjoy yourself, and get back on plan the next day. You have a free meal strategy to help you navigate real life.

How do I manage holidays?
The same way as vacations and events. Holiday-specific strategies will be provided to support you in making empowered choices.

What if I mess up?
As one of my mentors would say: "Correct and Continue".  No guilt. One off-plan meal doesn’t define your progress, nor does one workout make you a superwoman — your consistency does.
