Want to Age Strong?
Age Strong is a program I created in collaboration with Power Zone gym in Rimbey, Alberta to help women build confidence, strength and experience with resistance training workouts to promote better health outcomes.
​
It's an in person group experience providing support with workouts and nutrition for best results. ​
​
Workouts focus on proper form and safe lifting so that you can keep up with your strength training for years to come!

Age Strong Express Details:
My next session starts February 8th and runs Saturdays from 11 am to 12:00 pm at Power Zone gym. Age Strong EXPRESS will be a 4 week event.

The women in the last Age Strong program lost an average of 7 inches!
Registration is open to women of any age, who want to learn proper form, be guided through strength training movements, improve mobility and power and do so in an encouraging group environment.
​
PLEASE NOTE: experience with strength training is highly recommended to participate in the 4 Week Age Strong EXPRESS program.
