Take5 isn’t a structured program that tells you what workouts to do on what day, rather it’s a set of a la carte workout videos that you can do on their own or mix and match to be done anytime – anywhere to BYOW (build your own workout) in as little as 5 minutes!
HOW TO USE THIS PROGRAM?
When you’re short on time and have just minutes to spare – you can STILL get a workout in with Take5! Simply press play on one of these workouts (be sure to do the Take5 warm up and Take5 cool down first).

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Some workouts call for dumbbells and mini bands, so I recommend that you have access to light/moderate (if beginner such as 2, 3, 5, 8 and 10 pounds) or moderate/heavy (if intermediate/advanced such as 10, 12, 15, 20+ pounds) dumbbells as well as a variety of light, medium and heavy mini bands.

Get creative! Start with the Take5 warm up and add on depending on how much time you have. Some examples of how to BYOW include:
Take5 warm up + Take5 total body + Take5 cardio + Take5 core = 20 minute workout
Take5 warm up + Take5 lower = 10 minute workout
Take 5 warm up + Take5 activate + Take5 core = 15 minute workout
