What if I sign up and want to cancel?We totally understand that sometimes life happens and situations arise out of our control. For that reason if you are unsure we recommend that you sign up for the MONTHLY option which will automatically bill you every month until you cancel (but we hope you'll find so much value in the app that you won't!). 😀 Please note that there are no refunds for the STRONGher Yearly program. If you sign up for the STRONGher Monthly program you'll be billed automatically every month. There are no refunds for months already paid for. You can however request to cancel your monthly STRONGher program if you provide us at least 24 hours of notice before your next billing date. If you do so you will not be billed for the upcoming month, so it's critical that if for any reason you do need to cancel your monthly billing that 24 hour notice is provided. We cannot guarantee cancellation without it. What can I expect when I sign up?Lots of awesome things! As soon as you sign up you'll automatically receive an email with important information that will guide you through: downloading the app and setting up your account watching the demo video (please don't skip that part!) You'll start to receive the daily messages and tasks associated with getting you set up in the app with things like measurements, preferences and learning more about where to find all the great things inside your dashboard and app pages. The plan gives you a couple days to get acquainted, get your progress pics (optional) and measurements in and then the nutrition component will begin on day 4. We want to make sure that we give you enough time to get prepared, go grocery shopping and all that fun stuff. DAY 1: Welcome DAY 2: Measurements DAY 3: Shopping list and plan for week 1 DAY 3: Workouts start DAY 4: Daily breakfast, lunch, snack recipe reminders start (all you need at your fingertips each day) Every 4 weeks the system will automatically remind you that it's progress tracking day.

I'm a meat eater, can I still have animal proteins on the STRONGher plan?Yes you sure can! For the most part there are a good mix of omnivore and plant based options in the STRONGher recipes and plans. We encourage you to make any adjustments that you need to recipes by swapping any vegetarian proteins for more animal based proteins should you wish. This is a done for you program that is not customized or tailored to any specific dietary needs or restrictions. What kind of personalized coaching will I receive if I sign up?The STRONGher Perimenopause All-In-One app program is a done for all plan that is not customized or tailored to any specific persons fitness, nutrition or health requirements. There is no 1 on 1 personalized coaching provided to users of the app. However when you sign up you become automatically included in the private STRONGher All-In-One app community group forum. Posting questions in there will help you receive answers as they come up, and STRONGher coach Julie will use the community group to share any personalized messages for all users. There is no personalized coaching on nutrition, fitness or lifestyle. Should that be something you want to pursue, by all means we can help you with a more personalized approach.
