Please choose this service anytime you want a 1 on 1 coaching call with me. We can discuss your current situation, goals and I can provide some suggestions and strategies, tips and tools you may wish to pursue to support you going forward. Please note this does not include providing you with a customized workout program designed for you, nor a customized nutrition plan designed for you. PLEASE NOTE: these calls may be done via a phone call OR via Zoom. There is an option provided for 1) PHONE Call or 2) Video Conferencing when booking. Feel free to select the one you wont. Price shown includes 5% GST.
