Program details:
- The goal of this program is to work out your whole body
- Designed to help build and tone muscle while burning fat
- 8 follow-along workout videos in a progressive program
- Workout plan and details with instructions
- A set of dumbbells is the only fitness equipment required
- Do at home or at the gym
This is a 4 week program, with strength and HIIT (aerobic) parts with 3 workouts per week. The program gets more challenging as it goes. By the end of the 4th week, you'll be in the best shape!
