PLEASE NOTE: I am realistic with expectations when it comes to losing weight in perimenopause and menopause and please don't expect quick results as you may disappointed... you may experience very fast "weight loss" with quick fix approaches but in the longer term they could lead to bone density loss, loss of muscle tissue, more weight gain than was lost, hormonal dysfunction etc.

By the time we tend to experience body composition changes, overnight weight gain (or so it seems), additional visceral fat deposits under the skin etc. we could be in a changing hormones situation already. It requires patience, a commitment to cultivating patterns of eating you can sustain for a long term approach and a combination of movement + food.
