Mobility is Strength
How our body moves is vital at every stage of life, but it's especially crucial as we get older. Participating in a mobility class can enhance joint stability, foster a stronger body-mind connection, and is an excellent method for building foundational strength from head to toe. No prior experience is required.
Join my next online mobility session and take a big step towards a healthier, more independent future.
Suitable for most people however I recommended that you have enough mobility to be able to move from ground to standing movements for these classes.

If your mobility is severely restricted and you cannot I would recommend 1:1 personalized support and instruction.
Each workout will feature a new mobility sequence of movements.​​

What to expect in one of my mobility classes...
A non intimidating, welcoming and form-focused environment where you do what you can!
If you've never taken a mobility class with me don't worry! I always start with a gentle, bodyweight warm up to improve circulation and to "wake up" those joints and muscles.

From there we move into a sequence of movements that may include neck, shoulders, spine, pelvis, hips, knees, ankles, wrists, maybe even elbows!
​
You can go as slow as you need to. And remember you'll always get a replay sent out to you so you can pause, repeat and spend more or less time as needed on specific areas of importance to you.
