In my experience supporting women the programs that we participate in as a group are the most powerful ones of all. I offer a variety of group led programs to help you thrive through peri/menopause and feel your best.
We'll work on building sustainable fitness and nutrition habits together in a supportive environment where I'm always available to help! You don't need to do it alone.
