Well - it’s just 20 seconds of work :) You can do anything for 20 seconds, right? Tabata is 8 intervals of 20 seconds of work to 10 seconds rest - for 4 minutes. It's geared to all fitness levels; modifications and intensifications are offered throughout the videos. Tabata Transform has been designed for women with minimal equipment (and space!). All workouts include a warm up and a cooldown. ***All you need are a set of dumbbells *** This program is PERFECT for limited space and home workouts.
