Let's have some fun with my brand new "Get Moving" done for you, 100% online right here, workout program. This makes a great recovery program to follow as well as a starting point for you to get into (or back to) fitness! 🌟Sit a lot? Get Moving! 🌟Out of shape? Get Moving! 🌟Need something gentle to start with? Get Moving! PROGRAM DETAILS: Get MOVING is an online fitness program that is designed for you if you SIT all day and are looking for a simple and FUN way to add some movement into their days. Get MOVING is also fantastic if you’re looking for some mobility workouts you can slide into your day with ease – this program includes seven (yes 7!) fully done for you, full length mobility workouts. This program is geared primarily to beginner levels but truly everyone who sits a lot can benefit from it. The workout videos include modifications & intensifications ... and the 4 full length mobility session workouts are beneficial to everybody. There are 14 full length videos included with this program: - 5 workouts - 7 focused mobility sessions - 2 bonus movement days EQUIPMENT: The only equipment needed in this program is a sturdy chair and a yoga mat or soft surface. Workout times average about 15-25 minutes each ... and the mobility sessions are around 10 minutes. Short bursts of movement – especially if you’re struggling with adrenal fatigue or chronic cortisol hormone levels throughout peri/menopause can be all you need for amazing results! I’ve also included a 14-day calendar that lists out which workouts and mobility sessions to do each day. This program is meant to be repeated - as often as you feel YOU need for YOUR body & health :). You'll get immediate access to the program, video workouts, calendar and success guide. Once you get access to the program it's yours to keep (so long as it continues to exist on my website!).
