Why is it "almost free"?
Well, because I've done ALOT of free challenges and events in my career but I've found when there's an investment involved (even a small one) people are more likely to take their commitment to it more seriously.

Thus, the 7 Day "almost free" Real Food Reboot Challenge was born!

There are a couple amazing reasons I'm doing this:

1. We sometimes need a kick in the butt. I know I would love to get back on track and start the holiday season off with a healthy real food mindset and get out of this quick fix convenience one! (Trainers are human too!).

2. Posting and sharing your experience during this 7 day challenge is going to help inspire others want to do what you're doing (and feel how you're going to feel). Most people love seeing other's authentic journeys and witness them walking the walk.​

Some logistics:

Once you sign up you'll receive an email containing your challenge workbook.
Take a quick read through it for more clarity about what our 7 days together is all about - and will look like.
There is also space in the workbook for recording meals, positive changes, and reflection.
​
You'll also receive a complimentary recipe pack and sample meal plan. You do not need to follow them but they'll give you some inspiration.
The sample meal plan includes breakfast, lunch and dinner leftovers to help stretch your grocery budget that much more!
​
I highly recommend doing your grocery shopping on Saturday November 9th so you can be ready to go on Sunday.

​What to expect once you sign up to join me?

I will be sending you a daily email starting on Monday, November 11th which is the first day of the 7-Day Real Food Reboot challenge. Each day will consist of a new focus for the day.
