Welcome to Take5! My newest done for you fitness program that features effective, time saving 5 minute workouts for stackable, chunk-able, build your own workout fitness!

Short, effective workouts!

Each of the 9 workouts are 5 minutes in duration. All you need to get the most from Take5 is 5 minutes and some dumbbells and mini bands. 

Mix & match to make them your own!

With so many BYOW (build your own workout) options to choose from you can mix them almost endlessly.
